Approved Business Use
Clawt AI Employees should be used only for lawful, documented business workflows approved by the client. The client remains responsible for the suitability of automation actions, data, messages, scripts, and decisions in its environment.
Human Oversight
- Define which actions can run automatically and which require approval.
- Route sensitive, ambiguous, or high-impact cases to a qualified person.
- Review workflow quality and unexpected behavior after launch.
- Provide a practical path for customers or employees to reach a human.
Communications and Consent
Clients are responsible for approved outreach content, recipient permissions, opt-out handling, call recording notices, consent, and compliance with applicable communication rules. AI should not be used for deceptive impersonation or prohibited messaging.
Restricted Uses
Clawt automation should not be used to facilitate unlawful activity, discrimination, harassment, fraud, unauthorized surveillance, or decisions that require qualified human judgment without appropriate oversight.
